It is difficult for jets. George F. L. Charles Airport (SLU) has a short runway (5,735 ft) and is surrounded by terrain and water. It is primarily used for inter-island turboprops. Most private jets from Miami will land at UVF for safety and performance reasons.
Is the airport open 24 hours?
Hewanorra (UVF) can support night operations, but it is not strictly 24/7 by default for General Aviation. We can arrange after-hours clearance with prior notice, giving you flexibility if your departure from Miami is delayed or if you wish to arrive in the evening.
Do I need a visa for Saint Lucia?
