Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how AvSky Charter Ventures, Inc., doing business as AvSky Charters (“AvSky,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit avskycharters.com (the “Site”) or contact us about private air charter services.

AvSky Charter Ventures, Inc. · 400 Airport Ave E, Venice, FL 34285, United States · (800) 541-0381 · privacy@avskycharters.com

Information you provide to us

You can browse the Site without creating an account. We collect personal information only when you choose to submit it through one of our forms or contact us directly:

  • Quote requests and trip planning tools. Your name, email address, phone number, and the trip details you enter — departure and destination cities, travel dates and times, number of passengers, multi-city legs, and any notes you add. Our charter cost calculator may also collect preferences such as occasion, catering, special gear or luggage, pets, cabin configuration, ground transportation needs, and the aircraft estimates shown to you.
  • Contact and consultation forms. Your name, email address, phone number, your message, and optional details such as your reason for contacting us, preferred way to reach you, and travel timeframe.
  • Membership inquiries. Your contact details plus information about how often you fly and whether you currently fly privately.
  • Air ambulance inquiries. Your contact details, the origin (city or hospital) and destination, timing, the level of medical care required, and a brief description of the patient’s condition, mobility, and equipment needs. We use this information solely to assess and arrange the requested medical transport, and we share it only with the aircraft operators and medical personnel involved in quoting or performing the flight. Please include only the details necessary for us to arrange transport.
  • Referral codes. If you arrive through a partner or referral link, the referral code associated with your visit may be attached to your inquiry.
  • Booking a trip. If you go on to book a charter, we collect the additional information needed to arrange your flight — such as passenger names, weights, contact details, and travel documents for international itineraries — and share it with the aircraft operator and as required by aviation regulations.

Information we collect automatically

  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. These services receive information such as your IP address, approximate geographic location, device and browser type, referral source, the pages you view, and actions you take (for example clicking a phone number, opening a quote form, or calculating an estimate, along with related trip details such as route and passenger count). Plausible operates without cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies as described below.
  • Advertising measurement. We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether our advertising leads to inquiries (for example a phone click, email click, or form submission).
  • Charter calculator activity log. When you use our charter cost calculator, we log the trip details you enter together with your IP address, browser type, and the page that referred you — including sessions where you start an estimate but do not submit an inquiry. We use this log to respond to inquiries and improve the tool. We may also use a business-intelligence service (ZoomInfo) to associate a visitor’s IP address with general company information (such as company name and industry) for business analytics.
  • Server and network logs. Our Site is delivered through Cloudflare and hosted by BigScoots. Like most web infrastructure, these services maintain standard logs that include IP addresses, browser information, and requested pages, which we and they use for security, troubleshooting, and performance.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide quotes, and to arrange and manage charter flights you request;
  • To contact you by email or phone about your inquiry or trip;
  • To send occasional service updates and marketing emails, which you can opt out of at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email;
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site and our tools;
  • To measure the effectiveness of our advertising;
  • To administer our partner and referral program;
  • To comply with legal and aviation-regulatory obligations.

How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Aircraft operators and vendors. As a charter brokerage, we share the trip details needed to obtain quotes and arrange flights — routing, dates, passenger counts and, once a trip is booked, the passenger information the operator and regulators require. For air ambulance flights this includes the medical details described above, shared with the operator and medical crew.
  • Service providers. Companies that process data on our behalf to run the Site and our business:
    • Brevo — our customer-relationship and email platform. When you submit a form, your contact details and inquiry are stored in Brevo and delivered to our team by email. Our transactional email is also sent through Brevo.
    • Cloudflare — content delivery, security, and the serverless service that receives our form submissions.
    • BigScoots — website hosting.
    • Google — analytics, advertising measurement, and the address-autocomplete service in our city fields (text you type in those fields is sent to Google to provide suggestions). You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and read Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
    • Anthropic — our charter cost calculator uses Anthropic’s Claude AI service to help match your trip details (including any free-text notes you enter) to suitable aircraft. This information is processed only to generate your estimate.
    • Map and content providers — interactive route maps load map software from the unpkg content-delivery network and map imagery from CARTO / OpenStreetMap; your browser contacts these services directly. Fonts are served through our content-delivery network.
    • ZoomInfo — IP-based company identification, as described above.
  • Legal requirements. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of AvSky, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

Cookies & similar technologies

The Site uses a small number of cookies and browser-storage entries:

  • Google Analytics / Google Ads (_ga _ga_* _gcl_au) — distinguish visitors and attribute conversions. The _ga cookies persist for up to two years.
  • Referral program (asp_ref asp_ref_visit_id asp_campaign) — set when you arrive through a partner link so we can credit the referring partner; they expire after the program’s referral window. When you arrive via a /go/ partner link or a link containing a referral parameter, we may also store the referral code in your browser’s local storage.
  • WordPress — standard cookies for logged-in site administrators and comment authors; ordinary visitors do not receive these.

Plausible Analytics does not use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work. To opt out of Google Analytics across websites, you can install Google’s opt-out browser add-on. The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control browser signals.

Email marketing

If you submit a form, we may send you occasional emails about our services in addition to responding to your inquiry. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out at any time by emailing privacy@avskycharters.com. Opting out of marketing does not affect emails we need to send about a trip you have booked.

Data retention

We keep inquiry, quote, and trip records for as long as we need them to serve you, maintain our business records, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics providers’ settings. You may ask us to delete your personal information at any time (see below).

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS, and access to inquiry and client information is limited to the AvSky team members who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.

Children

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Information about minors traveling as passengers is collected from a parent, guardian, or responsible adult solely to arrange the flight.

Your privacy rights & choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing privacy@avskycharters.com or calling (800) 541-0381. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law. Depending on where you live — for example, in a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, or in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom — you may have additional rights, such as the right to object to certain processing or to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We honor these rights where they apply.

International visitors

AvSky is based in the United States, and the Site and our services are operated from the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on this page.
